SNIA Europe and GSE
Incorporated in October 2003, SNIA Europe is a not-for-profit industry association registered in England and Wales. Our members are dedicated to high-level knowledge exchange, thought-leadership and promotion of the acceptance, deployment and confidence in open storage–related architectures, systems, services and technologies, across the IT and business community.
SNIA Europe runs a coordinated series of activities at both pan-European and individual country-level to provide a central source of unbiased knowledge as well as a voice of authority that delivers education and information on networked storage and associated technologies. SNIA Europe is a non-profit, vendor-neutral organisation run by its members. The organisation represents manufacturers and the channel community across Europe, and is actively recruiting members to ensure a balanced and valued forum is maintained.
GSE has an alliance with SNIA Europe. This collaboration provides members with a direct link of information relative to advances in Storage Networking standards, technologies, experiences, and tutorials on the different aspects of networked storage. These topic areas include: Fibre Channel, Ethernet Storage, Data Management, Green Storage, Solid State Storage, Storage Security, Cloud Storage and Storage Management.
