GSE Members Profile Update   In order to provide a better service to its members, GUIDE SHARE EUROPE asked its members to update their profiles at the GSE website. The participants were entered into a free prize draw to win one of three Sony Cybershot digital cameras. GSE Annual General Meeting, 08 October 2007, Hilton Bonn, Germany   The GSE Annual General Meeting took place on Monday, 8 October 2007, 09:00-09:20, in the Hilton Bonn. Mr. Tom Lund, the GSE Preisdent, chaired the meeting. Final Agenda: 1. Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2006 2. President's Report 3. Report of the Director Administration & Finance 4. Approval of audited accounts of 2006 5. Discharge of President and European Committee for the 2006 term 6. Any other business Following resolutions were unanimously adopted: - The minutes of the AGM 2006 were approved. - The balance sheet and the profit and loss statement or the period ending 31 December 2006 were approved. - Discharge was granted to the Officers of the European Committee and of the Regions Committee for the conduct of the association's business in the year ending 31 December 2006.   Mr. Heimo Braun, the Director Administration & Finance, elaborated on the revised Swiss law regarding the audit forms and he informed the members that the new audit form as per the recommendation of GSE's statutory auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers was approved by the European Committee. The Global Tivoli User Group provides GSE with a Premier TUG Club membership   The Global Tivoli User Group Community recognizes GSE for its extraordinary contribution to the TUG community. GSE has exhibited the following characteristics   Membership Growth >=25% year to year (June 06 - June 07) Frequency of meetings>=2 meetings per year Meetings are posted on the TUG site Stable and proactive customer leadership Constructive meetings (clear and complete agenda layout, use of evaluation forms, efficient use of time and meeting room facilities) Please read on...     Dinner Debate IBM IGF / GUIDE SHARE FRANCE 14 June 2007    On June 14 IBM organized with GUIDE SHARE FRANCE (GSF) a dinner in the form of a debate with about 20 directors (chairman, CEO or functional directors: purchases, finance and computing). The debate was introduced by Jean Sass, President of GSF and CIO of Dassault Aviation on the subject "Financing the IT Innovation and what innovations in the financing ?". Please read on....
