GSE Annual General Meeting, 19 October 2009, Hilton Valencia, Spain   The GSE Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 19 October 2009, 09:00-09:15, in the Hilton Valencia. GSE Members are invited to attend the AGM. According to GSE Statutes Article 7.1.4 motions proposed by Members must be received by GUIDE SHARE EUROPE office in Cham by Monday, 24 August 2009. Preliminary Agenda: 1. Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting 2008 2. President's Report 3. Report of the Director Administration & Finance 4. Approval of audited accounts of 2008 5. Discharge of the President, the European Committee, the Regions Committee and the Steering Committee for the 2008 term 6. Any other business The final agenda will be published on the GSE website www.gse.org not later than Sunday, 20 September 2009.

GUIDE SHARE EUROPE (GSE) is pleased to announce that, as a member now of HRS – Hotel Reservation Service, the largest European Hotel booking system, you, as a GSE Member, may be able to benefit from HRS Corporate Rates if you choose to reserve your hotel rooms through the HRS booking website. These Corporate Rates offered to GSE are lower than the rates offered by HRS to the general public. If you would like to check what is available to you through these services, please log on to our Membership System, and go to the GSE Members Community, where you will find the link to connect you to the HRS site as a GSE Member. No further login is required as the link takes you directly to the GSE-allowed area.   The site may be used for Private as well as Business bookings. The services of HRS are used at the discretion of the GSE Member. Please bear in mind GSE’s notice concerning use of third party sites accessed via the Welcome to GUIDE SHARE EUROPE website (see [disclaimer link]).
