- Organise European and National Conferences and Symposiums
- Organise Working Groups
- Participate in the Early Support Process (ESP)
- Provide access to IBM's Product Development through the GSE Requirements System
- Provide members with GSE Publications and regular updates to GSE news and information
- Conduct various surveys (GSE Membership Survey 2006 Results) to determine themes and topics for future conferences
